I am a Product Designer with more than 8 years of experience.

I view my role as a designer to be a way of empowering users in cross-functional teams, merging their needs with the business to create a real impact in the world.

Working with me means sharing in-progress work early and often, and collaborating transparently with the team. I like to frame problems as opportunities which I approach using Design Thinking methods.

I encourage self-decision-making and proactive action among the team using measurable outcomes as a lighthouse. Embracing failure and risk is part of human life; I view them as a chance to learn and move forward.

I work following patterns and trends but also push for minimum-viable solutions that drive faster design decisions.

I’m currently working as a multi-disciplinary Senior Product Designer in a cross-functional team at Delivery Hero SE, a holding company on a mission to deliver anything, straight to customers’ doors, present in 70 countries across four continents with millions of users worldwide.

Previously, I worked as UX/UI Designer at yousign GmbH, a Berlin design agency striving to design products and services holistically, decoding complex processes to make them simpler. We were a small cross-functional team collaborating from research to dev hand-off, designing products from scratch, or redesigning brands, webs, and applications.

In 2021 I joined Planning Poker Online as a Design Co-founder, an easy-to-use tool to estimate stories for distributed agile software development teams. Led design from MVP launch to 150k+ monthly active users and growing.
